Return, Exchange and Refund
  1. DEBSTREET reserves the right to accept/reject any return/exchange/refund.
  2. Products can be returned/exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. We will not be able to take any request which is raised post 15 days.
  3. Returns and Exchange will be processed at the order level only rather than on a product-by-product basis.
  4. Kindly note that we will not be able to accommodate return and exchange requests on a product-by-product basis. 
  5. Note: Due to the nature of bodysuits, intimate wear, we are unable to accept return or exchange for these categories.
  6. We do not have product exchange policy. One can only exchange the same item with another size.
  7. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. If you have received an item that is wrong, missing, or defective, we kindly request that you initiate a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This allows us to promptly address the issue and provide you with a solution.
  8. Please note- Complaint post 48 hours will not be entertained.

  13. We will arrange free pick up of the order.
  14. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us. 
  15. Following products shall not be eligible for return and exchange:
  16. Any product that is returned/exchanged without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery.
  17. Returns/exchange with signs of use will be rejected. Any signs or scent (including deodorant) or animal hair will result in the return/exchange being rejected.
  18. Any item that has been worn or washed.
  19. Sometimes the pin codes are not serviceable for the pickup. In that scenario we would request you to kindly self-ship the return items to the below address. We will refund you ₹100 in the form of a coupon code.

  21.  Prepaid order refunds are done in the source account.
  22. Refunds will be initiated from the date of courier being received in our warehouse within 48 working hours and credited in your bank account/UPI/source account/coupon within 5-7 working days after initiation.
  23. For Cash on Delivery orders we have 3 refund options which are stated below:-
  • Bank transfer
  • UPI ID
  • Coupon Code.
