RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
- DEBSTREET provides a hassle-free return and exchange policy for up to 7 days from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to arrive at our facility.
- We also offer reverse pick-up services, for which a Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted during the refund process, per order. This fee is applied once per order, regardless of how many items are included, ensuring there is no separate charge for each individual item.
- Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. If you have received an item that is wrong, missing, or defective, we kindly request that you initiate a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This allows us to promptly address the issue and provide you with a solution.
- Please note- Complaint post 48 hours will not be entertained.

- DEBSTREET reserves the right to accept/reject any return/exchange/refund
- Product(s) can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of DELIVERY.
- We will not be able to take any request which is raised post 7 days.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product(s) back to us.
- Following product(s) shall not be eligible for return and exchange:-
- Any product(s) that is/are returned/exchanged without all original packaging included with the product(s) at the time of delivery.
- Returns/exchange with signs of use will be rejected. Any signs or scent (including deodorant) or animal hair will result in the return/exchange being rejected.
- Any item that has been worn or washed.
- Sometimes the pin codes are not serviceable for the pickup. In that scenario we would request you to kindly self-ship the return items to the below address. We will refund you ₹100 in the form of a coupon code. Warehouse Address: DEBSTREET, B-63, Second floor, Sector-88, NOIDA, 201305, U.P., INDIA.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to collect the shipment, you will be required to send it back to our company address. Please note that reverse pick-up services depend on availability in your area based on the provided pin code.
- Prepaid order(s) refunds are done in the source account.
- For COD order(s), store credit(s) will be issued within 1-2 working days after the return pickup has been delivered back to us, undergone quality check and will be sent to your registered email address or contact number.
- Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. If the item(s) is/are returned in poor condition or show signs of being worn, a refund will not be issued.
- Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
- **IMPORTANT:** Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made through our website.
- For payments made via COD, you will receive store credit equal to the amount paid. This store credit can be used at any time.
- Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For any issues, please contact our customer support by emailing care@debstreet.com. We are available Monday to Saturday, from 11 am to 6 pm. Any pending queries will be prioritized and addressed the following day.
- Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
- To uphold strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to bodysuits.
- DEBSTREET reserves the right to modify the products or categories to which this policy applies, at its discretion and without prior notice.
